We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager – Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, persuasive, and experienced in sales and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Lead Generation

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and segments.

Conduct market research to understand client needs, competitors, and industry trends.

Develop strategies to generate leads and convert them into successful deals.
2. Client Relationship Management

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Handle client communications, meetings, and presentations professionally.
3. Sales & Revenue Target Achievement

Support the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Negotiate deals and ensure timely closure of business opportunities.
4. Team Support & Coordination

Work closely with the Business Development Manager and sales team to execute strategies.

Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve business outcomes.

Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and product development, for seamless client delivery.
5. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.

Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

Provide feedback to management for strategy refinement and process improvement.
