Assistant Manager (Customer support and Channel network)
Eligibility : BE/B.TECH (Mechanical,Electrical,Electronics and telecommunication),MBA (HR & Marketing,Retails Management,Operation management,Hospitality,Finance).
Job Description :
- Overall coordination with Countrywide affiliate network.
- Understanding affiliate product,training & services requirements & arranging requisite technical,logistics & commercial support.
- Building a robust framework for marketing,promotion & branding of IGS.
- Maintaining proper accounting of sales & commission distribution.
- Regular interactions with both B2b & B2c customers and anticipating demand pattern & required support.
- Coordination with customers,partners & channel network for timely delivery of required products & services.
- Creating awareness among internal staff for imprinting'customer first attitude'.
- Supporting logistics & commercial team with anticipated sales on quarter to quarter basis from channel network.
- CRM and other customer related data log activities.
