Vacancies: PBO(Phone banking officer) & Virtual Relationship Manager(Outbound telesales)
Designation: Assistant Manager for PBO / Deputy Manager for VRM.
Process: Domestic Inbound Voice process & Outbound process
Location : Bangalore(Bommanahalli)
Job Description:
Phone Banking Officer(PBO):
• Handling Customer Queries and Providing Information as per Defined Standards.
• Follow Up On Escalations and Closing them.
• Net banking, Business banking, ID activation / Deactivation.
• Respond to emails sent by a customer.
• Taken queries from customers for lost the card & block the card.
Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM):
· To exclusively handle Wealth/Privy Outbound calls- schedule equivalent experience profiles from other competitors
• Differentiated training to make them universal phone banking officers – cross-training in cards, liabilities, assets
• This skill will also do sales with assigned customer based mapped to them
• The measure of outcomes – NPS, Service Level, Service Quality and Sales.
• Ensure customer “delight” and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
• Complete the logs specified by the process (End-of-day target)
• Act on the feedback given by Team Leader/Team Coach or Quality or on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performance
Job Criteria:
Eligibility: 2015 - 2019 Passed out + Experience Candidate.
Language: Fluent in English(Mandatory), Kannada, Hindi.
Experience: 00 - 04 years experience in voice.
Job Type: Permanent full-time job.
