Job Description:
- The role is responsible for thoroughly understanding all aspects of the claims raised by clients coordinate and followup with them for all documentation required for the settlement process.
- The role will also do necessary followups with other stakeholders like insurers surveyors investigators etc. to ensure the speedy settlement of the claim.-Claims Management-Stakeholder Relationship Management-Continuous Improvement & Process Automation
