Responsible for EHS activities of Guwahati Facilitate Plants in meeting key objectives related to EHS set for plant.
Capability Building of team on EHS through trainings.
Encourage and ensure Employee Communication, Encourage and ensure Employee Participation
Facilitate implementation of key basic safety systems like Permit to Work, Contractor Safety Fire safety Electrical Safety Solvent Safety etc.
Ensure implementation of requirements of OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 Systems.
Liasoning with Statutory authorities related to matters of Safety Health and Environment, .
Compliance to Pidilite EHS SOP's available and that will be released over period.
Use of Risk Prevention Tools like JSA, Risk Assessment, Hazop Studies, Environment lmpact Assessment to identify risk and facilitate to put necessary controls in place to reduce overall risk of plants.
Facilitate various Inspections, Audits and its compliances for Plants. . Compliance to Construction Safety, Management of Change as well as Project Risk Assessment during changes and new projects.
Compliance to Environment Requirements applicable to plant . Drive and facilitate Sustainability lnitiatives for plant
