Job Description

Front Office Operations

Manage daily front desk activities and salon reception.

Welcome and attend clients professionally.

Ensure smooth client check-in and check-out process.

Maintain appointment schedules and staff allocation.

Handle walk-in clients and booking enquiries.

Customer Service

Ensure excellent customer experience at all times.

Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.

Maintain client feedback records and follow-up.

Build strong client relationships for repeat business.

Billing & Cash Handling

Generate bills accurately using POS system.

Handle cash, card, UPI, and digital payments.

Maintain daily cash reports and billing records.

Coordinate with accounts team for reconciliation.

Team Coordination

Coordinate with stylists, therapists, and salon managers.

Ensure staff attendance and shift coordination.

Support daily salon operational requirements.

Sales & Retail Support

Promote salon memberships, packages, and retail products.

Achieve front desk sales targets.

Support promotional activities and campaigns.
