Job Description

  • Assistant Manager should abide by the Rules and Regulations of the company.
  • He/She will report to the Manager/ HR executive /General Manager/Directors.
  • He/She will assist, take instructions and carry out the responsibilities from the Manager.
  • In the absence of the Manager, the Assistant Manager will take up the responsibility and play the role of an acting Manager.
  •  He/She will be responsible for customer counseling, attending enquiries and making follow up calls.
  • He/She along with the Manager will be responsible for the implementation of PTP.
  • He/She will be incharge of House Keeping Staff, House Keeping materials and the stocks.
  • He/She should prepare Birthday list for the members and staffs and display them in the notice board.
  • He/She along with the Manager should prepare festival greets and offer details.
  • He/She will do courtesy calls, current member lists and also do promotional calls.
  • He/She will assist and plan the outdoor activity and corporate awareness programme along with the Manager.
  • He/She should perform the role based on their qualification (can be dietician/Physio/Trainer/Yoga instructor etc.).
  • He/She should attend Continuing Education Programme (CEP) in their respective fields.
  • He/She should keep their CPR certification valid at all times.
