Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team for HR and Accounts functions on a 2-year contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, accounting, and financial reporting, along with a proficiency in using Tally for managing accounts and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee on boarding, benefits management, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documents.
  • Firm account Background(GST, TDS, Statutory Payments)
  • Tally is Mandatory 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and accounting roles, with hands-on experience in Tally software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Good Learning Skill.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with tax laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP or Tally Prime.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Contract Terms:
  • This is a 2-year fixed-term contract position.
  • Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
