Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner

Job Description:

This role would be responsible for handling entire employee life cycle operations for a city, right from the employee’s joining to his/her training.
He/she would also be responsible to look after the employee relations and handle their grievances.
This role would give the candidate a good & in-depth experience in the domain.
Since this role is a people’s manager’s role in the city of Chennai, we would require the candidate needs to be good in speaking & understanding the Tamil, Hindi & English language.

Role:

The job role comprises of below responsibilities:

Responsible for end to end Employee relations & engagement activities related to our store staff, Kitchen staff and Managers at the Kitchens in Chennai.
To understand employee behavior and training through continuous interactions and consulting with Area Delight Managers and Zonal Delight Manager.
For Query Handling/ Resolution of grievances at all levels – You would need to ensure that it's resolved in co-ordination with respective stakeholders.
To ensure a cohesive, positive and collaborative working environment through effective employee connect and engagement.
For Data Analysis to understand trends and take corrective actions wherever required in consultation with respective stakeholders.
For managing end to end Employee life cycle.
