Applications are invited for the following temporary post of "Assistant Manager - HR “for Various Projects & Programmes" in the "Centre for IC&SR", IIT Madras.
Applications are invited for the following temporary post of "Assistant Manager - HR “for Various Projects & Programmes" in the "Centre for IC&SR", IIT Madras.
1. Post: Assistant Manager-HR
2. Duration: Initially for the period of One year, extendable based on the performance
3. Total number of Vacancies: 01 (One)
4. Qualifications and Experience:
a. Qualification: Any graduation along with Post graduate degree/Diploma in HR from recognized university/Institute such as MBA(HR)/ MSW(HR)/ MPM/ MHRD/ PG-IRPM/ PGDHR.(Post-Graduation is mandatory).
b. Experience: 6 years of relevant work experience including managing teams.
5. Job Profile:
(i) He/she should have excellent communication & Interpersonal skills and People management skills.
(ii) He/she will be responsible for handling/ coordinating the entire gamut of HR functions like Recruitment& selection, HRMIS, Performance Appraisals, Training and development, Automation of HR process Management, employee exit management, employee relations, policy management, etc. for the project Staff at IC&SR, IIT Madras.
(iii) He/she need to manage & coordinate with the team and get the works done on time.
(iv) He/she should be responsible for updating daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly MIS for the overall team.
(v) He/ she shall be able to manage and nurture HR interactions and relationships cross-functionally with other teams as and when necessary, including Accounts, IT, Legal at IC&SR
(vi) He/she shall be responsible to drive continuous improvement in the development of the HR Operations team through leadership, guidance and education.
6. Pay Range: Rs. 30,000 - 50,000/ -p.m
Age Limit:
Upper Age limit 40 years.
