Roles and Responsibilities
â€¢ Implementation of the policies
â€¢ Performance management
â€¢ End to end performance review
â€¢ Joining formalities and Induction
â€¢ End to end employee engagement including conduction of surveys etc.
â€¢ Handling employee relations, assisting with employees queries & handling grievances
â€¢ Interdepartmental coordination
â€¢ Support business functions
â€¢ HRIS management (as and when required)
Candidateâ€™s Profile
â€¢ Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR across partnering for various HR activities
â€¢ Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
â€¢ Should be flexible & have detail-oriented attitude
â€¢ Must possess strong personal and professional ethics
â€¢ Full-time MBA/PGDM.
