Key Skills / Abilities/Knowledge required: Error free written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with experienced students as well as senior managers across levels in recruiting organizations. Strong customer orientation. Demonstrate empathy towards student needs. Demonstrate tactfulness while handling recruiters. Detail oriented. Ability to maintain organized and accurate written and electronic records of all relevant work in the department and the results thereof.
Should be self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of urgency regarding timely completion of work. Should be able to prioritize and multitask, depending on importance and urgency of tasks at hand. Flexibility to occasionally work on weekends/ holidays in case of recruiter visits and other important events. Flexibility to occasionally work late hours (usually not later than 8:30 PM) when recruiter interviews take place during evenings.
Educational qualification and Experience: Candidate should be a First-Class graduate from a reputed institute.

Compensation:Monthly CTC will be in the range of Rs. 43,000 to Rs. 52,000 All allowances will be applicable as per Institute rules
