Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Drive performance management within teams using the internal performance management system-

Create, monitor and deploy the engagement calendar for teams across the country-

Devise a strategy for feedback and handling grievances across teams-

Visit the city teams for collating feedback and creating the action plan based on feedback-

Create and execute performance development programs across all levels to facilitate internal sourcing-

Devise an employer branding strategy to create awareness for facilitating smooth talent acquisition-

Drive all the communication through social media channels-

Define and execute the R&R program-

Create and execute the employee communication planSkills Required:-

Excellent Communication in English & Hindi.-

Should have experience in employer branding through Social Media, Job Portals Etc.-

Sharp in thought process & analytical ability.-

Employee Engagement & Performance Management.
