Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job

This role forms part of the Consumer Performance Platform, building a technology platform that provides a holistic view of our consumer, covering an increasing number of consumer data sources globally. Additionally, the platform contains all our Digital Assets, Recipes and Product Information

Main Accountabilities

The main accountability of this role is to define and deliver the software SAP Customer Data Cloud Solution – Unilevers Consumer Profile Solution that forms part of the Consumer Performance programme.

Product Ownership

Ensuring platform reporting is automated as far as possible.
Identify areas across entire platform for improvement, working closely with teams to implement automation & reduce manual input.
Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Key support and contribution to the end-to-end ownership of the platforms.
Aligning to DevOps principles and end-to-end ownership, all members of the Consumer Performance team may be involved in resolving incidents / technical issues outside of normal working hours, while this is rare all members of the team may be required to be available as part of resolution and be on an On Call Rota.
Participation in project scoping, requirements reviews, and technical discovery efforts.
Set up/run and optimise the Service Model as SAP Customer Data Cloud Solution

Subject Matter Expertise

Be the expert and goto person for Unilever Marketing teams in country relating to
Consumer personal data management
Privacy and compliance ( e.g. GDPR, CCPA)
Security pertaining to consumer data

Agile

Day to day operation of daily standups / backlog management
Process & usage of devops principles such as code pipelines, requirements management, Behaviour Driven Development, incident, change and problem management.

Essential Experience / Skills

SAP Customer Data Cloud / Experience on Adobe Experience Platforms
Knowledge of Agile / DevOps concepts.
A commitment to delivering releases on schedule.
Dedication to a collaborative working style and the ability to work well in small geographically dispersed teams, both onshore and offshore.
