Profile and Experience: • Should be a Post Graduate from a reputed B school with experience in managing Operations, handling secured products (ie Home Loans, Auto Loans) and relationship building function in a bank, BPO or consulting firm • 6 months – 2 years’ experience • Experience in Sales from Banks, NBFC’c Marketplaces will be a plus • Reasonable knowledge and understanding of banking products • Strong problem-solving skills – creating new markets, customer relationships and solutions • Good people management skills • Great verbal and written communication skills • Ability to influence clients and internal stakeholders • Good number crunching skills and general aptitude Job Description: The person will be responsible for executing CreditMantri’s strategic customer engagement, sales strategy and lender relationship management and will be required to: • Drive business for specified products through a combination of lender engagement, data analysis, operational efficiencies, product innovation and sales orientation • Manage relationships with lenders – banks, NBFC’s, small finance banks, etc. for improving disbursals and aim at maximum conversions. • Provide ideation and thought leadership and ensure high levels of productive client engagement with lenders. Be seen as a collaborative thought partner in building business with top lenders • Create new opportunities with lenders, and aim to being recognized internally and externally as an expert in helping the business thrive in the new digital world of credit evaluation • Provide inputs to technology, product, marketing and operations team for process changes, tech enhancements to make the process more customer friendly and straight through • Operate as the point of contact for any and all matters on the referrals channelled to the lenders • Optimize the sales conversion funnel using data and analysis Activities performed by Team: • Rapidly manage the on-going relationship with lender partners and ensure timely feedback received from across all lenders. • Develop a growth strategy for lenders and a monthly conversion target be achieved. • Build and foster deep relationship with lenders at all levels and with industry experts • Define, review and agree to a clear set of priorities, joint initiatives and roadmap with our key lenders. Create joint actions with top partners using their understanding of their pain points and credit initiation process and make them familiar with our product offering. • Work with Tele calling, Product and Marketing teams to drive demand. • Work with operations to ensure the movement of leads and feedback happens seamlessly • Work with Alliances to sign-up appropriate credit offers for clients and to fulfill requirements for additional lenders as and when required. • Work with Product team to drive enhancements on the UX and technology front • Work with Data Sciences to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies across cross functional teams • Do reject analysis basis the feedback received from the lender and to thrive upon suggestions for accurate rule engine fixes. • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities where demand is unfulfilled • Interact closely with all lenders for feedback on the referrals shared and track the movement of each referral at every stage for better conversion • Analyse the conversion funnel regularly and look for opportunities to optimize Key Result Areas: • Deliver against set leads conversion targets month on month. • Deliver against set revenue numbers per month • Build pipeline of product innovations and efficiencies drivers to put in place scale for next month
