Experience in ORM (Online Reputation Management) will be ideal- Experience in ORM (Online Response Management) will be ideal- Hands on experience of Social Media and ORM tools will be useful

Should understand social media platforms and the ability to grasp its key elements

Social Media Listening & monitoring experience will be ideal- Should have the ability to identify critical social posts as well as patterns emerging from posts

Good command over English

Good MS Excel skills and exposure to work on Google docs or G-suite

Focused on delivery

Attention to detail and high on rigor

Expected to work contribute individually on modules of a project

Enthusiastic, displaying energy, drive and stamina
