Assistant Manager (CSR), E-2 grade job recruitment in Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL)
Qualification: Full time first class (60% marks in aggregate of all years / semesters & all subjects) in Bachelors Degree and also in MA (Minimum 2 years course) Social Work / Rural Development / Developmental studies / Masters in Social Work (MSW) from a recognized University / Institute of national repute.
Application Fee: Rs.354/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Fifty Four only) includes 18% GST. Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories may also apply under UR category provided they possess the educational qualifications and experience as given in the advertisement. In such cases, SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of application fee, on submission of SC/ST certificates.
Application Fees must be deposited in “RINL-RECRUITMENT Account No.30589461220” at any of the core banking branches of State Bank of India in the prescribed Challan.

i. The Candidates should have post qualification experience of minimum 3 years in carrying out
various CSR activities.
ii. Candidates should have in-depth understanding of the laws and policies governing CSR and sustainable development. He/she must have dealt CSR and allied welfare and development activities, key CSR issues and best practices. Exposure in organizing Baseline surveys and Impact analysis studies will be added advantage.
iii. Candidates should have Orientation towards social development, good interpersonal relations, Analysis of social needs of the deprived society, Judicious Planning, allocation and utilization of CSR budget.
