Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager NPD located in Bangalore. The Assistant Manager NPD will play a crucial role in new product development and launch, working closely with the product development team to ensure all projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standards. They will also be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, supplier quality management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
1. Good knowledge of New Process Development process.
2. Knowledge Of Sheet Metal Processing and Manufacturing Process.
3. Knowledge of CAD/CAM / GD&T.
4. Good Knowledge on Value Engineering / VSM / Kaizen / Poka-Yoke.
5. Knowledge on APQP / PPAP/ FMEA / MSA / SPC.
6. Knowledge of Preparing Corrective & Preventive Action for customer & Supplier complaints.
