Eligibility:
- Graduates with exp. in phone banking/ fresher’s
- Flexible for shifts, No Cab Facility
- Rotational shift for Male Candidate
- For Females - No night shift.
- Working days: 5 (2 Days Rotational Week-off)
- Good Verbal Communication (Hindi language is mandatory)
- Age Limit - 25 years
- Inbound Voice process
- Handle & resolve client queries & issues on phone
- Enhance customer value for the Bank
Salary:
CTC- Rs 1.9 L PA plus incentives for freshers and less than one year experience. Around 15K take home salary
CTC -RS 2.3 lacs for experience candidates more than 1 year from inbound call center industry
