Job Description
Job Profile:
- Sourcing Real Estate projects in assigned region for selling purpose
- Liasioning with the developers on regular basis
- To motivate, guide and train the Relationship Executives to achieving assigned target in stipulated time period
- To ensure that the target would be achieve in specified time period
- To make follow up for pending brokrage from associated developers
- To check all real estate operational matter is in proper flow, which is decided
- To look after entire region which comes in your defined span of control
- To increase sales volume in terms of Real estate vertical
Skills Required:
- Good experience in Real Estate market
- Good Knowledge of Surrounding areas
- Should have team handling and team monitoring ability
- Good Communication & Presentation Skills
- Leadership Skills to take the initiatives of HR activities in the Region / Zone.
