1. IIM Udaipur is seeking a full-time experienced Assistant Manager- Research & Grants to drive the Research and Grants office of the Institute in its objective to be a Global Business School
The Assistant Manager- Research & Grants will play a key role in managing the research and grants related activities of the institute.

Contract Duration : 2 years (renewable)

Location : IIM, Udaipur
Salary : Competitive; Commensurate with experience
Job Requirements
a. Minimum 5 years of work experience in project management role in business sector
b. Experience in management research and its support
c. Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture strong professional relationships across the institute as well as with external stakeholders
d. An effective and supportive manager, who can foster a positive and collaborative team environment internally, while helping manage your team’s workload by setting and tracking key priorities
e. Fluency in spoken and written Hindi and English.
f. Awareness of research processes and methods including but not limited to qualitative techniques and survey design will be a plus
g. Prior experience in participation in publication process will be a plus, Graduate in any discipline
