Designing monthly Sales plan for the respective site on regular basis. Attending walk-ins and Closing deals along with proper follow-ups. Developing Sales strategies and visualizing the sales targets till accomplishment. Responsible for attending revisits of the team members and make sure of closing them. Responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets and collection targets. Must have experience in real estate closing sales and attending clients at the site and closing the deal. Maintaining a strong relationship with the working Channel Partners and Sourcing team to ensure business continuity
