Job Description

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Calling and fixing meetings or site visits for Direct clients & Channel partners.
  • Channel partner recruitment and training.
  • Developing and implement strategic sales plans
  • Handling client visits 
  • creating and posting ads online to generate prospects.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Analytics and Reporting:
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation:
  • Assist in the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

  • Training and Development:

    • Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Channel partners.
    • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
    • Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
