Job Description
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Handling customer questions, enquiries and complaints.
- Promoting our brand to customer.
- Gets the sale using various customer sales methods.
- Identifying new business.
- Getting appointments from other offices for business development.
- Evaluate customer skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
- Attending meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research.
- Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services.
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues.
- Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Reporting daily, weekly and monthly on the status of field marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities by researching markets, industries, and potential clients.

Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, or direct visits.

Meet with clients to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.

Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.

Negotiate and close deals in collaboration with senior management.
-
Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports using CRM tools.

Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Marketing Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and offline).

Coordinate with the creative team to develop marketing materials such as brochures, banners, social media content, and advertisements.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with market trends and customer preferences.

Organize and represent the company at promotional events, trade shows, or exhibitions.

Collaborate with digital marketing teams to drive website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the product or service teams for improvements.
Skills and Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good presentation and negotiation abilities.

Working knowledge of marketing and sales tools (e.g., CRM software, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics).

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
