Job Description
1. Making client service contracts before execution of any operations.
2. Discussing with reporting manager about things to be incorporated in the client service agreement.
3. Making all sale records of all services offered to clients and Keeping a record of all billable activities of respective clients and making sure no service is left unbilled.
4. Preparing sheets for invoicing and getting the same verified by reporting manager.
5. Ensuring all the bills are raised correctly and timely
6. Assisting with any requirements for audit
7.Regular Payment follow ups with clients and efficiently bringing in the funds.
8. Releasing Delivery Order to security for checking byroad Dispatch.
9. Major Purchase planning for Maintenance work & screening machine.
10. Tender related complete work if any.
