Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute and manage all social media handles of the platform. Develop brand awareness and online reputation.
  • Partner Management: Leverage all social channels to communicate regularly with social media influencers
  • Help the Hosts to plan their Social Media and online marketing campaigns for live shows being hosted on the app.
  • Work with Category / Ops / Product team in creating training materials and product features for the hosts for them to learn about the platform in an easy manner.
  • The candidate should be able to work in an ambiguous and fast paced environment. The candidate should be willing to work for stretched hours when Should have managed social media campaigns for a brands or content platforms
  • Should be able to write creative content and copy for social media posts, marketing collateral, blogs and website content
  • Should be able to plan and execute marketing campaigns on social channels and maintain a marketing calendar based on trending content.
  • Should understand the local Indian audience and be able to write content and design campaigns for them.
  • Should understand and keep up with the latest trends on different social platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Roposo etc.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop or other similar tools is preferred
  • Working knowledge of video editing and audio editing is preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or design field
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major social media channels
  • 2-6 years of work experience
  • Good knowledge of Excel and similar online tools.
Skills Required
  • Good written and verbal communication in Hindi or English.
  • Strong people skills and stakeholder management.
  • Creative problem solving skills and resourcefulness.
