The profile revolves around hard core end-to-end IT recruitment delivery and client satisfaction for our customers who are CMM Level 5 IT companies or large Multi National Companies..

You will be interacting with our clients who are CMM Level 5 companies or large MNCs

You will be responsible for obtaining fresh requirements, understanding the Job Description, disseminating the information to your team, getting the right cvs from your team and ensuring the delivery to the clients.

Will be responsible for achieving the targets set for your team

Will be responsible to ensure client satisfaction for all the clients assigned to you

Will be responsible for training the team members on recruitment process, best practices and technologies.
