Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management
Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily operations.
Ensure all tasks and processes are carried out efficiently and according to company standards.
Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions when required.
2. Team Leadership
Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.
Support in staff scheduling, task delegation, and workload management.
Conduct training sessions and help in employee development.
3. Performance & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for review by the Manager.
Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for improvement.
Track KPIs and ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Customer / Client Coordination
Address customer or client concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Administrative Duties
Support in documentation, record-keeping, and data management.
Help in preparing budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
6. Continuous Improvement
Identify process gaps and contribute to workflow optimization.
Assist in implementing new policies, procedures, or systems.
