Job Description
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Manpower Planning & Budget
• Ensure regular, accurate updates to the Manpower Deployment file based on division-wise changes.
• Collaborate with the HR Process Owner (HRPO) to implement necessary manpower-related changes within the system.
End-to-End Employee Life Cycle Management
• Monitor and facilitate all steps from job code creation and offer release to First-Day-of-Joining (FLP) attendance, essential documentation, employee code generation, and login creation.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Talent Acquisition (TA), HR Shared Services (HRSS), and HRPO to ensure a smooth, timely process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS (Management Information System) on a regular basis.
Recruitment & Interviewing
• Conduct Field Officer (FO)/Area Business Manager (ABM) level HR interviews.
• Submit timely and comprehensive candidate evaluations via the recruitment platform.
Salary Issues Resolution
• Discuss and address "No Salary" or deduction-related issues directly with employees.
• Coordinate with the Payroll team to find and implement effective solutions.
• Clearly communicate the resolution and relevant details to field personnel.
• Liaise with the Vertical HR Head for necessary support, especially regarding the monthly salary file by the 30th of the month.
Employee Master Data Updation
• Ensure the Master Deployment data for the respective vertical is regularly and accurately updated in the Digicad system with support from HRPO.
• Work with the Digicad backend team to make any necessary system changes or corrections.
Coordination with Talent Acquisition (TA) Team
• Maintain daily communication with the TA team to get updates on vacancy status.
• Track key recruitment metrics, including the count of offers released, candidates in-process, and total open vacancies.
• Coordinate with Divisional Sales Managers (SMs) as needed to clarify candidate details, offer statuses, and vacancy requirements.
Field Force Query Resolution
• Act as the primary point of contact for and address day-to-day queries from the field force.
• Leverage support from relevant teams, including HRPO, HRSS, HR Business Partners (HRBP), Payroll, and SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness), to resolve issues promptly.

• Prompt and effective resolution of salary and deduction issues, leading to high employee satisfaction.

• Strong coordination and clear communication with the TA and field teams.
