Job Description
Order & Rate Verification: Verify all-India institute orders and coordinate with the HO team for rate verification.
Approvals & Systems: Coordinate with the Finance Department for order approval and the logistics team for system punching.
Stock Management: Provide marking memos to secure stock on time and follow up with SCM for small stock requirements or pending orders.
Quality Control: Coordinate with QA/QC for the release of material and mandatory analysis reports.

Tender & Govt. Portals: Ensure timely dispatch with required documents for tenders and provide documentation to liaisoners for government portal uploads.
Logistics & Billing: Coordinate with distribution/logistics for billing and further dispatch.
Stakeholder Communication: Inform parties of dispatch details, follow up with field staff for stock acceptance, and communicate deviations in production or delivery.

Administrative Tasks: Write extension request letters to institutes and manage proforma invoices and payment adjustments with the CD-finance team.
