Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Preparing the division wise MIS reports and presenting the same before the management Preparing Field Force Wise Sales review report Preparing Field Force wise activity report for performance review. Preparing Brand Wise performance report Target V/s Achievement on monthly basis. Maintaining & Updating Daily Sales Report ( State Wise, Manager Wise, HQ Wise) Performing data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis and preparing analysis for monthly / annual reviews & presentations report
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Operations in assigned verticals
a. Communication with both internal and external customers (experience in handling of MNC’s) to map new orders and manage their timely execution as per the production plan and supplies/dispatch schedule.
b. Coordination on timely collection of due payments from the clients and informing finance on payments received.
c. Supporting BD leads and for business generation from new client and countries
2. Key account management - Client service & sales support
a. Communicate and coordinate with internal support functions i.e. Manufacturing, Supply Chain, RA, F&D, Regulatory, R&D, Legal and Finance etc. for clarification on client’s queries pertaining to agreements, orders, shipment, product registration, pricing, artworks etc or vice-versa.
b. Arranging of dispatch of necessary information and documents to clients, like Product information, Samples etc.
c. Coordinate with customers and HO team for developing new Art works as per regulatory norm and ensure correction in existing A/W, whenever required.
d. Working out the projections as per the std batch size with customers.
e. New product pricing and Annual Sales projection in co-ordination with Vertical Head
f. Ensuring timely product registration & re-registration in assigned countries in coordination with NSM & VH.
