Assistant Manager Job in Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd at Jammu

Responsibilities:- Controlling & monitoring receipt of Raw/Packing Materials/Finished Goods shortly as per the standard operating procedures. Ensure 100% dispensing and dispatches plan execution of RM/PM/FG on daily basis as per the standard operating procedures. Follow up with QA/QC for timely sampling and approval of Raw/packing materials to be used for packing department. Ensure timely action on all rejected materials as per the standard operating procedures. Ensure cGMP, implementation of all SOP’s to go through all internal and regulatory audits smoothly without any major observation. Development of team by giving time to time online and offline training as per current GMP practices and develop new employees with time to time changes in procedures and system. Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly quarterly and annual reports of stores along with MIS on monthly basis. Coordination with local vendors and SCM so as to maintain inventory keeping space of warehouse in mind. Ensure indenting of all miscellaneous /consumable items used for production/stores and other department. Coordination with internal auditors for quarterly stock audit and provide stock details of inventory to all concerned. Scheduled/Unscheduled revision of Standard operating Procedures (SOP’s) of stores. Liasoning with Narcotics department and timely submission of all reports periodically without any delay. Ensure better utilization of manpower in Warehouse. Perform safety talks on daily basis so that all workmen should have knowledge about the safety in which safety about Men, Material, Machine given so as to avoide any accident. Dealing with insurance matters & facilitation in survey by outside surveyor for RM/PM.
