Job Description :
A. Attend to and advise queries/matters pertaining to the provisions of Companies Act, Intellectual Property Laws, Information Technology Act , Transfer of Property Act, Banking Regulation Act and other related corporate law and banking related legislation.
B. Drafting and negotiation of contracts with third parties such as vendors or partners or such other persons, in legal perspective for its closure and help the business in execution of the same.
C. Assist in framing/ review of policies and on all documents, contracts and agreements relating to the business operations to protect the organization against any legal exposure and minimize liability.
D. Analyze existing & new legislations/amendments & notifications that impact the Bank; bring to the notice of the appropriate functions about their implications and applicability; guide them in formulating suitable plan of action.
E. Drafting the variants of Power of Attorney and Letter of Authority to various Officials of the Bank in consonance with other Policies of the Bank and issuance of the same.
