Assistant/Nurse/ Technician job Position in Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL)

1.Driver-cum-Pump Operator-cum-Fireman/A (DPOF)/4 Posts (OBC-1,UR- 3)

Qualification:HSC (10+2) (Science with Chemistry) or equivalent with minimum 50% of marks + valid heavy Vehicle Driving License.

One year experience in driving heavy vehicle plus Certificate course in Fire Fighting equipment such as Fire Extinguisher etc from the State Fire Training Centers.

Age: 18 - 25 years

2. Nurse/A (Male-5/Female-2)/7 Posts (SC-1,OBC-2,UR- 4)

Qualification:HSC (10+2) and Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (3 years course) (OR) B.Sc (Nursing) (OR) Nursing ‘A’ Certificate with 3 years experience in Hospital (OR) Nursing Assistant Class-III & above from the Armed Forces.

The candidates should have a valid registration as Nurse from the Central/State Nursing Council.

Age:18 - 30 years

3. Technician/C (X–Ray Technician) / 1 -UR

Qualification:HSC (10+2) in Science with minimum 60% plus One year medical Radiography/X-Ray Technique Trade Certificate. 2 years of relevant experience after obtaining the requisite qualification.

Age:18 - 25 years

4.Stipendiary Trainee - Dental Technician (Hygienist) / 1 -UR

Qualification:HSC (10+2) in Science with minimum 60% marks plus 2 years Diploma in Dental Technician(Hygienist) recognized by Dental Council of India.

Age:18 - 24 years

5. Steno Gr.1/21 Posts (ST- 2,OBC-7,UR-12)

Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in any subject with minimum 50% marks.

Essential requirements for Skill Test : Speed of 80 wpm in English Stenography, A speed of 40 wpm in English typing on PC.

Candidates should have passed a certificate course of duration of not less than 6 months on MS Windows Operating System and Desktop applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power point) email management and internet surfing.

Preference will be given to those candidate who possess knowledge of Hindi typing/Hindi Stenography.

6.Assistant Grade - 1 (HR) /9 Posts (OBC-2 ,UR-7)

Qualification:A Bachelor’s degree in Science or Commerce or Arts with minimum 50% marks.

7.Assistant Grade - 1 (F & A) /7 Posts (OBC-1 ,UR-6)

Qualification:A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with minimum 50% marks

8.Assistant Grade - 1 (C & MM) /9 Posts (OBC-2 ,UR-7)

Qualification:A Bachelor’s degree in Science (with Physics, chemistry & Mathematics) OR Commerce with minimum 50% marks.

Essential requirements for Skill Test : A speed of 30 wpm in English typing on PC.

Candidates should have passed a certificate course of duration of not less than 6 months on MS Windows Operating System and Desktop applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power point) email management and internet surfing.

Pass in Graduation with knowledge in Computer applications.

Age: 21 - 28 years

The selected candidates against post at Sl. No. (4) will have to undergo a training for a period of 2 years. On successful completion of 2 yrs training at one of the NPCIL Hospital they will be absorbed as Technicians/D in level 5 with initial Basic pay in pay matrix Rs.29200/-. The candidates also required to execute a BOND for serving NPCIL for a period of five years after completion of Training

There is an age relaxation to PAP candidates for posts at sl. No.6,7 & 8 only viz. maximum 45 years for General, 48 years for OBC & 50 Years for SC/ST Candidates.

Candidates meeting the prescribed standard of eligibility will only be allowed to appear in written examination/skill test for respective post.
