Job Description
Safely and efficiently operate equipment such as mixers, grinders, roasters, dryers, andpackaging machines. Prepare machinery for production, including initial setups and minor adjustments orcalibrations to ensure optimal performance. Identify and resolve minor issues with machinery, coordinating with maintenancetechnicians for more complex repairs. Perform regular cleaning and preventive maintenance on machinery to keep it in goodworking order. Report any quality or equipment issues to the Line In-Charge immediately. Adhere to established safety and quality control procedures. Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of feeding equipment. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs. Follow all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of personal protectiveequipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report any safety hazards to the supervisor.
