Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to support the delivery and growth of an online flagship program in collaboration with IITM Pravartak. In this role, you will work closely with senior product managers, mentors, and academic experts to ensure smooth program execution, learner engagement, and quality outcomes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Emerging Technologies & Trend Analysis
Research and analyze emerging technologies and industry trends; present findings with actionable recommendations to management and clients.
Help define business solutions using innovations such as AI.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through innovative and forward-thinking solutions.
2. Project Coordination
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing customer experience projects.
Track progress, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery.
3. Customer Journey & Experience Optimization
Support mapping and analysis of customer journeys to uncover friction points.
Assist in designing improvements that enhance satisfaction, retention, and overall customer perception.
4. Data Collection & Reporting
Compile and analyze customer feedback and operational data (NPS, CSAT, CES).
Create clear reports and dashboards to monitor customer experience performance.
5. Stakeholder Communication & Documentation
Prepare project updates, documentation, and meeting materials.
Ensure timely and transparent communication between teams and stakeholders.
6. Testing & Quality Assurance
Assist in validating changes or new implementations affecting the customer.
Support quality checks to ensure experiences meet defined standards.
7. Customer Advocacy
Ensure customer insights and feedback are integrated into project planning.
Champion a customer-first mindset in internal discussions and initiatives.
8. Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with product, marketing, design, tech, and support teams to align goals and share updates.
Help coordinate efforts across departments to ensure a smooth and consistent user experience.
9. Content & Resource Support
Assist in creating helpful content (e.g., user guides, onboarding materials, FAQs) to support users.
Coordinate with content teams to ensure learning resources are easy to understand and aligned with user needs.
10. Market & Competitor Analysis
Research similar products or programs in the market.
Share insights on what competitors are doing and how the product can stay ahead.
11. Experimentation & A/B Testing
Assist in setting up small experiments or A/B tests to compare different ideas and see what works best for users.
Work with data or marketing teams to analyze results and recommend next steps.
12. Risk Identification & Issue Resolution
Help spot potential risks in product launches or customer experience flows.
Work with teams to quickly solve small issues before they grow.
13. Reporting to Senior Team
Regularly share updates, progress reports, and key insights with the senior team.
Ensure leadership stays informed about project status, risks, customer feedback, and overall program impact.

2. Research & Analytical Skills
Strong in conducting market research, user analysis, and drawing insights from data (NPS, CSAT, CES, etc.).
Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics dashboards.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to create clear reports, update decks, and convey ideas effectively to cross-functional teams and senior management.
