CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA + Incentives
Exp. 1+ Yrs. into sales of POS/Merchant Acquisition​​​​​​/ Business Banking Sales
Location: Mumbai
Education: Graduate/ PG
Job Role:
New acquisitions: POS/QR terminals, CMS mandates.Activation & throughput: TPV, fee realisation.Penetration: Product adoption across mapped branches/segments.Portfolio health: Retention, cross-sell/up-sell, NPS/CSAT.Risk & compliance: Zero critical audit findings; KYC accuracy.Strong sales orientation; self-starter with high energy and proactive approach.Market savvy with solid networking; analytical and practical with troubleshooting aptitude.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and planning skills.Detail-oriented, tenacious yet diplomatic; comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.Team player with entrepreneurial/builder mindset; presentable and dynamic.Sound analytical and logical reasoning capabilities.Job Mandates:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of POS/Merchant Acquiring with a reputed bank.Exposure to Cash Management/GTS/CMS solutions (collections, payments, escrow, integrations) preferred.Graduate (BBA, BMS, BAF, BCA, B Tech, B.Sc. IT) required; MBA preferred.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication in English and the local language of the market.Note: Please don't apply if you are not interested in direct sales.
