A. The Minimum Essential Qualification for the position of Assistant Professor is: First Class Masters Degree in Business Management/Administration in a relevant management discipline / First Class in two year full time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU/accredited by AICTE/UGC OR MA (Economics)/ MA (Psychology/Organization Behaviour)/ MA (Statistics/Mathematics) with minimum 55% marks.
All Indian Nationals with Qualifications from Indian Institutions: NET/SET/SLET (M.Phil/Ph.D – Desirable)
Foreign Qualified Indian Nationals: i) Ph.D in the relevant discipline ii)NET/SET/SLET At least one publication in a reputed journal post October 2015
Pay Scale : Assistant Professor: Pay Level 11 - Rs.68,900 - 1,17,200 and Pay Level 12 - Rs.1,01,500 - 1,67,400 based on qualifications and experience specified by UGC/CFTI.
