About the Institution

Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering quality teaching, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to the academic and institutional development of the Civil Engineering Department.
Key Responsibilities
• Teach undergraduate courses in Civil Engineering.• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and laboratory sessions.• Guide student projects, internships, and industrial visits.• Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals and conferences.• Participate in curriculum development, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.• Mentor students in academic and career development.• Contribute to departmental and institutional development initiatives.• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Construction Management.
Qualifications
• B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in Civil Engineering.• Ph.D. is preferred.• First Class in all preceding degrees.• Qualification as per AICTE norms.
Experience
• Freshers with excellent academic records may apply.• Candidates with up to 5 years of teaching, research, or industry experience are preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Strong knowledge of Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Surveying, Construction Materials, and Construction Management.• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, or related engineering software is preferred.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Passion for teaching, research, and student mentoring.• Self-motivated with strong teamwork and organizational skills.
