Job Description:
Teaching is the central role in an educational system. The Lecturer should be a role model in their relationship with students and with colleagues. The Lecturer should assess, encourage, guide and contribute to raise the standards of student’s attainment. In addition to the classroom activities, Lecturers should mould the students in curriculum activities and conduct exams to improve the students’ academic and worldly knowledge. Other than teaching, they have to engage themselves in scholarly activities. The Lecturer update their professional knowledge and expertise as appropriate to keep up to date with developments in teaching practices and methodology.
Interview Process:
1. Score card is to evaluate the communication and the qualification.
2. Written Exam is to examine the subject knowledge.
3. Blackboard presentation is to evaluate the ability and creativity of
teachers to deal with the students.
