Assistant Professor (Grade-I) recruitment in Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Pune.
Qualification & Experience: Ph.D. in Biology / Chemistry / Earth and Climate Science / Mathematics / Physics with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree and at least 3 years industrial / research / teaching experience, excluding the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D.
Discipline wise positions and reservation :1] Biology : SC (1) & OBC (1) 2] Chemistry : SC (1) & OBC (1) 3] Earth and Climate Science: SC (1) & OBC (1) 4] Mathematics: SC (1), ST (1) & OBC (1) 5] Physics : SC (1) & OBC (1) Physically handicapped candidates from the above categories may also be considered if found suitable.
Scale of Pay: Pay Level-12 (Entry pay Rs. 1,01,500/-). Total monthly emoluments – Rs. 1,25,600/-. Allowances (HRA, TA) are calculated as per the 6th pay, revision of which as per the 7th pay commission recommendation is yet to be announced.
