Assistant Professor job vacancies in Indian Law Institute

No. of Posts  :  3 (UR)

Qualification  :  Consistently good academic record with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Master’s degree level LL.M. from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. NET/SLET/SET shall remain the minimum eligibility condition for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professors in University/Colleges/Institutions. Provided however, that candidates, who are or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Universities/Colleges/Institutions.

Desirable  :  Research papers published in law journals and referred National and International Journals.

Pay Scale  :  UR Level 10 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix (Rs. 57,700/- to 1,82,400/-) (UGC Pay Matrix)

Age Limit  :  45 years

Application Fee  :  Application fee is Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only – non-refundable) for General/OBC Male candidates. SC/ST/Physically Handicapped (PH)/Women candidates are exempted from payment of application fee
