Assistant Professor Law /Speech Educator job recruitment in Tripura PSC.at Tripura Govt. Law College , Group-‘A’
Item No.01: Assistant Professor Law/3 Posts (SC-01 & UR-2)
Qualification: i) Good academic record as defined by the concerned University with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Master’s degree level from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University. ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC, CSIR SLET/SET. iii) NET/SLET/SET shall not be required for such Masters Degree Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET accredited test is not conducted subject to the conditions stipulated in the UG Regulations, 2009 of 23-09-2009.
Relaxation allowed i) A relaxation of 5% may be provided at the Graduate and Master’s level for the SC/ST/Differently abled (Physically handicapped) categories for the purpose of eligibility and for assessing good academic record during direct recruitment to teaching positi 55% or 50% as the case may be through grace mark procedure etc., by Universities is not permissible for claming relaxation. ii) A relaxation of 5% may be provided, from 55% to 50% of the marks to the Ph.D Degree hold who have passed their Master’s Degree prior to 19 iii) Holders of Ph.D degree as on the date of Notification of the UGC Regulations, 2009 along with those candidates who were awarded a Ph.D degree through a process of admission, r work and external evaluation as laid down in the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for award of M.Phil/Ph.D Degree), Regulations, 2009 and so adopted by the University, shall be exempted from NET/SLET/SET.
Desirable: Knowledge in Bengali and Kok-borok.
Pay Scale :Rs. 15,600-39,100
Item No.02: Speech Educator, Group-C Non-Gazetted under the Department of Education (Social Welfare and Social Education) / ST-02
Educational qualification: (A) Essential – i) Graduate from recognized University. ii) B.Ed. in Special Education(Hearing Impairment/Hearing Handicapped) or B.Ed with 2(Two) years diploma in Special Education from the any recognized Institute affiliated by RCI, Govt. of India. iii) Knowledge of Bengali/Kokborok. iv) Registration Certificate of RCI.
Desirable: i) At least 2(Two) years of teaching experience in a recognized School/ Institutions.
Age: 18 to 40 years as on 30.11.2017
Scale of pay :Rs.10,230-34,800
Rate of Recruitment Fees: (i) Group-A Posts: - Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred) only for General Candidates and Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty) only for ST/SC/ BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.
(ii) Group-B Posts:- Rs.150/- (Rupees One Hundred and fifty) only for General Candidates and Rs. 100/-(Rupees one hundred) only for ST/SC/BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.
(iii) Group-C Posts:- Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred) only for General Candidates and Rs.50/- (Rupees fifty) only for ST/SC/ BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates. (4) SC/ST Candidates of other States (not recognized by the Govt. of Tripura) should apply for unreserved vacancy as general candidate along with recruitment fee prescribed for general candidates.
