Qualification : (i ) A recognized MBBS degree qualification
Included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule
(other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956
(102 of 1956) Holders of educational qualifications Included in Part II of the
Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3)
of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act. 1956 (102 of 1956). (ii)
Post-graduate degree in the concerned Specialty or Super-specialty mentioned in
Section -A of Schedule-VI, (iii) At least three years' teaching experience as
Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty
or Super-specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the
first Post-graduate degree qualification (The essential teaching experience may
be relaxed from 3 years to 1 in the concerned Specialty or Super-specialty as
Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar after obtaining the first
Post-graduate degree qualification at the discretion of the Selection Committee
if a person is found otherwise suitable)

Clinical Psychology : I. Masters Degree in Psychology of a
recognized University or equivalent 2. M Phil (Medical Social Psychology or
Clinical Psychology) or Diploma in Medical & Social Psychology (2 years course)
from a recognized Institution or equivalent 3. 2 years teaching/ research
experience as Clinical Psychologist in a Psychiatric Hospital. Psychiatric
Ciao, Child Guidance Clinic or Department of Psychiatry in a General Hospital
Desirable : 1 Ph.D In Clinical Psychology 2. Research/published
work in Indexed journals
Psychiatric Social Work : 1. Master's Degree in Social Work / Sociology
/ Applied Sociology from a recognized University
or equivalent 2 Diploma or M Phil in Psychiatric Social Work from a recognized Intuition
3. 2 years teaching/research experience as a Psychiatric Social Worker In a
Mental Hospital, Child Guidance Clinic or Psychiatric Department of a General
Hospital.
Pay Scale : Rs. 63,000/- per month
