Qualification :  

Minimum Eligibility Criteria : a) As per UGC regulation 2010 as amended up to date (i.e. July 11, 2016, 4 th amendment) And / or State Government Regulations (Higher Education) [vide G.O. No. - 516 Edn(u) / 1U-91/10 dt. 16th May 2017 and / or vide G.O. No. - 142 Edn(u) / 1U-91/10 dt. 28th Feb. 2011]

For Sl. No. 1. : (i) BE in M.E. / E.E. / Power Engg. / Instrumentation / Electronics / Metallurgy (including Material Science) / Chemical Engg. /M.Sc. in Physics/Applied Physics. (ii) M.E. / M. Tech. in Nuclear Engineering or Equivalent.

For Sl. No. 2. : For One post : M.Sc. / M.Tech. in Remote Sensing and GIS  With degree / diploma in Oceanography, Marine or Coastal Science For One post : M.Sc. in Geography with Degree/Diploma in Remote Sensing and GIS

For Sl. No. 3. : Master’s degree with first class in Water Resources & Hydraulic Engineering.

Desirable :

For Sl. No. 1. : a) Publication in Nuclear and Allied Field. b) Exposure to Nuclear Industry.

For Sl. No. 2. For One post : Ph. D. in the field of Ocean / Coastal Sciences, with high impact international publications and at least 3 years of Teaching Experience in College & University. For One post : Ph. D. in the field of Ocean / Coastal Sciences with at least 3 years of Teaching Experience in College & University.

For Sl. No. 3. : i) Masters’ Degree in Water Resources & Hydraulic Engineering ii) Doctoral degree in the field of Water Resources / Hydraulic Engineering

Specialization :

For Sl. No. 2. : For One post : Satellite Oceanography  For One post : Coastal Geomorphology

Scale of Pay : Consolidated pay in the scale of  Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 + AGP Rs. 6,000/-

Age & Other Criteria : As per State Government rules (vide G.O. No. 516 Edn(u) / 1U-91/10  dt.16th May, 2017.)
