Job Description

IIM Lucknow invites applications for Assistant Professors, Associate Professors and Professors in the following areas: Agribusiness Management , Business Communication , Business Sustainability ,Decision Sciences (Statistics) , Finance & Accounting (Corporate Taxation/ Actuarial Science) , Human Resource Management , Information Technology and Systems, Marketing , Strategic Management.

Minimum Qualification (for all faculty positions): Ph.D. or equivalent degree in appropriate branch with first class or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) at the preceding degree, with excellent academic record throughout. Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not automatically qualify the candidate for an Interview call. Ceteris Paribus preference will be given to candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC category. In addition, for:

Professor: Minimum 10 years teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IIMs, IISc Bangalore, NITIE Mumbai and IISERs or at an equivalent level in any such other Indian or foreign institution of comparable standard.

Pay Scale :Rs. 159100

Associate Professor: Minimum 6 years teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.

Pay Scale : Rs. 139600

Assistant Professor: Minimum three years of teaching/ research/ industrial experience (exclusive period of doing Ph.D.). A fresh Ph.D. may be considered for the position on contract basis.

Pay Scale : Rs.101500
