Post: Assistant Project Manager

Applications are invited from highly motivated candidates for the office of the Dean of Research and Development, IIT Kanpur on purely temporary and contractual basis for a period of one year. The period may be extended based on requirement.

No. Of Post: 05

Consolidated Salary Structure: 13200-1100-33000. (Initial salary Rs. 13200, increment amount Rs. 1100. At the time of selection, the selection committee can recommend a higher start by offering a maximum of five increments to experienced candidates. The higher start from the initial level of the scale can be calculated duly counting the number of years of past relevant experience and offering one increment for each year of service already put in, over and above the minimum number of years required towards applicable experience)

Minimum Qualifications: Post Graduate degree (MBA/MCA/M. Com/M. Sc. /MA) OR Graduate (B. Sc. /BA/ B. Com/ BBA/ BCA) + 3 Years Relevant Experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is also required.

Desirable Experience: Candidate should have leadership qualities and requisite experience in one or more of the following areas: Accounting, Auditing, Financial procedures, Establishment & Recruitment matters, purchase and procurement procedures of GOI etc.

Age limit: Maximum 35 years.

If candidate(s) will not found suitable for this post, they may be appointed on lower post i.e. Project Assistant (Salary range - 10800-900-27000).
