Job Description:

• Highly motivated should have knowledge about the financial industry
  
• Responsible for outbound calls and lead generation from Database assigned.
  
• Having got this data, the person needs to make calls to these people, give basic details about our offerings, mail them the details.
  
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  
• Respond to customer requests by phone and/or email.
  
• Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.
  
• Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  
• Responsible for followup
  
• Continue to stay updated on markets and related news
  
• Ability to work independently.
