  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
  • Must be a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Demonstrate assertiveness and persuasiveness
  • Ability to work independently

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
  • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
  • Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
  • Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory.
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals.
  • Plan decisions and practice good judgment.
  • Work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member.
  • Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
  • Effectively communicate and make the best use of interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to deliver creative and innovative thoughts.
  • Communicate excellently in verbal and in writing with all kinds of people.
  • Specific Skill Set: Multilingual, English Is Compulsory. Other than English at least have speaking ability of the local language.
  • Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 0 to 5 years
  • Annual CTC:  As per the company standards
  • Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate/Post-Graduate in any stream.
  • Candidates with NCFM Certifications will be an added advantage.
  • No of rounds of Interviews: 3 rounds of interview.
  • Languages: English / Local Language/Hindi
