Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager
Mostly candidate should be from chemical industry, anti-corrosion industry, Painting industry.
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor’s degree or a related field. 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or assistant management role. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Experience in hard core sales, Target Orientated. Objection Handling, Strong Convincing skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills.
